Cold Email Generator – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the Cold Email Generator add-on (“Add-on”) you agree to these Terms of Service (“Agreement”) with Santiago Albertengo d/b/a Pampa & Código (“Provider”). If you do not agree, do not use the Add-on.

2. Service Description

• Free trial: 50 generated emails, Provider’s OpenAI key.
• After the trial you must purchase a lifetime licence (USD 59) and add your own OpenAI API key; OpenAI bills you directly (~0.002 USD / email).

3. Eligibility & Google Policies

You must be 18+, hold a Google account, and comply with the Google Workspace Marketplace Programme Policies and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

4–15. Licence, Obligations, Privacy, Payments, IP, Warranty, Liability, etc.

The full clauses are identical to the latest version shown inside the Add-on and on the Marketplace listing. They include:

1. Limited, revocable, non-transferable licence
2. Compliance with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
3. No storage of sheet data; API keys encrypted
4. Lifetime fee is non-refundable
5. Disclaimer “AS IS”, liability cap 50 USD
6. Governing law: Argentina; venue: Rosario, Santa Fe
