1. Data we access

• Google Sheets ranges you explicitly select in the sidebar.
• Your Google-account e-mail (to track usage quota and licence status).
• Optional OpenAI API key you paste in the add-on. The key is stored only in your personal UserProperties; no one at Pampa & Código can view or export it.

2. How we use data

• Create the AI email content you ask for (the selected cell values and the scraped webpage are sent to OpenAI’s API).
• Increment a usage counter to enforce the free-trial limit.

3. Storage & retention

• No sheet content or scraped HTML is persisted on any server; processing happens in-memory during the request.
• Your API key is encrypted by Google Apps Script and never leaves your Google account.
• Usage counters are deleted automatically 7 days after you uninstall the add-on.

4. Sharing

• We never sell or share data with third parties other than:
• • OpenAI LLC – receives only the prompt text you instruct us to send, for the sole purpose of generating the email.
• • Google APIs – limited to add-on functionality and compliant with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

5. Your controls

• You may delete generated emails in your sheet; we keep no copies.
